As a Customer Relationship Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in achieving this goal by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying their needs, and marketing appropriate products and services to meet those needs.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

This salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of experience and qualifications required for the position. As a full-time employee, you can expect a competitive salary, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within our agency.

Job Description

Your primary responsibility as a Customer Relationship Development Specialist will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers. This will involve:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and follow-up;
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating customer profiles as needed;

You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on new products and services offered by State Farm, as well as any changes to existing products or services.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
