About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Janitorial Operations Manager - Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Environmental Service Systems, LLC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our janitorial services, ensuring that we deliver high-quality results to our customers.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train your team members. You should also have a strong understanding of quality control procedures and be able to ensure that all sites are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of janitorial staff to ensure that all sites are cleaned to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all sites meet our company's standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and provide feedback to staff.
  • Work closely with our customer service team to resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all site visits, quality control checks, and staff performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a janitorial management role, preferably in the industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and a comprehensive training program.
