Position Summary
As a Senior IT Support Analyst at Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW), you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for Owners, members, and guests. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a bridge between the IT department and on-site business functions, including Corporate, Resort Operations, Contact Centers, and Marketing and Sales teams. As a key member of the professional staff, you will leverage your specialized knowledge and skills in areas such as Information Technology to support departmental and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Your contributions will include:
- Collaborating with IT, Corporate, Resort Operations, Contact Centers, and Marketing and Sales to deliver daily operational support and assist with site technology projects.
- Managing the execution of assigned technology initiatives while adhering to established IT processes.
- Serving as a liaison to ensure seamless communication between IT and business operations.
- Overseeing the daily support and installation of computer systems, printing endpoints, and other technology solutions for MVW clients.
- Ensuring that all desktop solutions are functioning effectively upon installation.
- Maintaining strong relationships with business management teams to understand and meet their technology needs.
- Working within established service level agreements (SLAs) to provide guidance on computing resources and services.
Candidate Profile
Education Preferred:
Requires a BS/BA degree in a technical field or equivalent technical training and experience.
Experience Preferred:
3-4 years of experience in technical customer service support or a similar skill set.

- Coordinating technology installations and maintenance with various vendors.
- Providing support for hardware and software issues reported by users.
- Managing project timelines and budgets effectively.
