Complaint Resolution Process Improvement Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Intern to join our Urology Division team. As a Quality Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including identifying and implementing improvements to the complaint resolution process, expanding your professional network, and growing your skillset through training, hands-on experience, and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities- Work with a cross-functional team to analyze data, develop presentations, and research current industry trends or competitors' products.
- Develop knowledge about the business, operational issues, and product families associated with the Urology division.
- Contribute to the preparation and production of proposals and reports using word processing, spreadsheets, and other computer programs.
- Prepare an oral and written evaluation for presentation to Management upon completion of internship.
- Current Bachelor's student in your Junior or Senior year or grad student.
- Pursuing degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States without restriction.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Passion to learn new technologies and find new solutions.
