Accounts Receivable Recovery Specialist

Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Recovery Specialist to join our team on a 12-month assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a basic knowledge of products and services, including payroll, human resource services, and acquired portfolios.
  • Manage current, past due, and returned receivable inquiries through inbound and outbound phone and email communication with clients and external partners.
  • Mitigate risk and exposure by balancing service and collection effectiveness.
  • Address disputes through available resources, using corresponding systems to resolve and collect revenue.
  • Review daily payroll holds for timely client contact when past due balances are present.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma and a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service, finance, accounting, or payroll required.
  • Strong organization and decision-making skills are required.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access knowledge is preferred.
