Job Description

RDG & Partners is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team of motivated professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to succeed and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, and account analysis for clients with manager review.
  • Work within client's accounting software and assist with financial reporting deliverables, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, payroll, and general bookkeeping duties.
  • Communicate effectively regarding the status of client engagement tasks and responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with OAS team members to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of intermediate accounting experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Solid analytical skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Willingness to learn new accounting software, including QuickBooks.
