Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team at TIA Inc. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team. Your responsibilities will include rooming patients, collecting patient health information, and performing routine administrative and clinical tasks. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our providers and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Room patients and collect patient health information
  • Perform routine administrative and clinical tasks
  • Work closely with providers and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients and providers to ensure accurate and timely information exchange
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
