Work Schedule:
Eagle Wellness Clinic operates from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM, Monday through Thursday. The clinic remains closed on Fridays and weekends.

Compensation and Benefits:
Eagle Physicians may offer structured bonuses to all support staff employees hired at .50 FTE or higher, with amounts distributed over the first two years of employment. Bonus amounts include $750.00 at 6 months, $750.00 at 12 months, $1,000.00 at 18 months, and $1,000.00 at 24 months.

Additionally, we provide paid maternity/paternity leave of up to 2 weeks after one year of employment and 1,250 hours worked for the birth or adoption of a child, with time prorated based on FTE status.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess incoming patients to determine the urgency and severity of their conditions.
  • Gather patient health histories and vital statistics, accurately documenting information in appropriate records.
  • Conduct phlebotomy and in-house laboratory tests, ensuring accurate recording of results.
  • Assist healthcare providers with various office procedures, including laceration repairs.
  • Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses as directed.
  • Educate patients on various health conditions, providing informational materials and clarifying treatment plans.
  • Ensure lab reports are present in patient files and reviewed by healthcare providers.
  • Obtain necessary medical release forms from patients when required.
  • Adhere to established policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment.
  • Schedule referral appointments as requested by patients and healthcare providers.
  • Coordinate home health nursing, pre-certifications, re-certifications, and pre-authorizations as necessary.
  • Operate medical equipment, including blood pressure cuffs, thermometers, and EKG machines.
  • Maintain organized and clean workspaces, restocking supplies as needed.
  • Sanitize instruments, equipment, and examination rooms following established protocols.
  • Secure restricted materials, ensuring access is limited to authorized personnel only.
  • Follow clinic policies regarding sample prescriptions, dispensing only with signed provider authorization.
  • Dispose of infectious waste according to training procedures.
  • Participate in required staff meetings and committees as requested.
  • Maintain examination rooms with necessary supplies and ensure cleanliness.
  • Engage in professional development activities and maintain relevant professional affiliations.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and demonstrate respect and advocacy in all interactions.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit, willing to assist wherever needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to HIPAA guidelines for patient confidentiality.
