Work Schedule:
Eagle Wellness Clinic operates from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM, Monday through Thursday, with Fridays and weekends off.

Compensation and Benefits:
Eagle Physicians offers structured bonuses for support staff employees hired at .50 FTE or higher, with bonus amounts of $750.00 at 6 months, $750.00 at 12 months, $1,000.00 at 18 months, and $1,000.00 at 24 months.
Additionally, we provide up to 2 weeks of paid maternity/paternity leave after one year of employment and 1,250 hours worked for the birth or adoption of a child, pro-rated based on FTE status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage incoming patients to assess priority and severity of conditions.
- Gather patient health histories and vital statistics, documenting information accurately.
- Conduct phlebotomy and in-house laboratory tests, recording results appropriately.
- Assist healthcare providers with various office procedures.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
- Educate patients on various health conditions, providing informational materials and clarifying treatment plans.
- Ensure lab reports are present in patient charts and reviewed by healthcare providers.
- Obtain necessary medical releases from patients.
- Comply with established policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment.
- Schedule referrals and coordinate home health services as needed.
- Operate medical equipment and maintain cleanliness in work areas.
- Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and compliance with safety protocols.
- Participate in required meetings and professional development activities.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
