Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

At Standard Process, we're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize email and SMS programs using A/B testing and marketing automation tools.
  • Leverage marketing automation to drive customer lifetime value, increase retention, and enhance upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our agencies to support marketing campaigns, including social media, paid digital, and event advertising.
  • Align campaigns with business objectives to grow target market share, increase sales revenue, attract new customers, and execute at a tactical level for the POSSIBLE brand.
  • Partner closely with marketing co-workers on Standard Process brand to understand initiatives and identify opportunities to cross-promote POSSIBLE products.
  • Align closely with the Digital Marketing Manager's goals and objectives.
  • Participate in all team meetings and activities.
  • Leverage market and customer data to help the business make the best marketing decisions.
  • Analyze and assess existing and emerging digital marketing channels and capabilities to identify areas of opportunity and/or to activate on specific business initiatives.
  • Work closely with outside agency partners to review and approve all social and email marketing collateral.
  • Measure and report on POSSIBLE marketing KPIs, business performance, and channel success to optimize strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business with a focus on digital marketing required.
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification preferred.
  • Digital Marketing Certifications preferred.
  • Years of experience in digital marketing and email strategy.
  • Experience in managing CRM & social media programs.
  • Digital content creation and its use for engaging audiences.
