Certificates Required:

Experience Required: At least one year of recent experience in a call center or administrative role. Basic computer skills and grammatical knowledge are necessary.

Job Description:

Register new patients, schedule appointments, transfer calls to relevant personnel, and coordinate communication between departments. This role requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
