Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for the overall management of our large commercial construction projects. This includes ensuring project schedule deadlines are met, quality standards are maintained, and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction crews in the field
  • Develop and implement project schedules and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Manage project costs and finances
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors

Requirements

  • 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years of field experience
  • Solid understanding of the construction process
  • Knowledge of construction materials and systems
  • Effective staffing management and productivity management
  • Experience managing large commercial construction projects
  • Experience in project costs and finances
  • Solid understanding of technology, to include, computers, mobile devices, construction software
