Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive facilities master plans to support the organization's growth and operational needs.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, design, and construction of capital projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Facilities Operations: Lead the Engineering and Maintenance, Environmental Services/Linen, Compliance and Safety, and Construction Project Management teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Joint Commission and CMS standards.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with senior management, providers, and staff to drive strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
- Education: Master's degree in facilities, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in facilities and operations, with a proven track record of strategic planning, project management, and team leadership.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
- Certificate of Need (CON) experience.
- Experience working with regulatory agencies.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
