We are currently seeking applications for the role of Construction Superintendent. This is a full-time, salaried position aimed at experienced professionals in commercial construction.
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the construction process, demonstrate leadership in the field, maintain a positive demeanor, and actively promote our safety and diversity initiatives.
This role entails overall on-site management of significant commercial construction projects. Responsibilities include meeting project timelines, upholding quality standards, facilitating effective communication among site personnel, and mentoring field staff.
We offer competitive compensation, which is commensurate with experience and skill level.
The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

- 10 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in the field
- Thorough understanding of the construction process

- Proficient in staffing and productivity management
- Experience overseeing large commercial construction projects
- Familiarity with project costs and financial management
- Proficient in technology, including computers, mobile devices, and construction software
