About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Walmart Global Tech. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge software solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality software solutions using a range of technologies, including React Native, SQL, and API development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware teams, UI/UX designers, and product managers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software development designs, APIs, and user guides.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of software systems to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
  • Ensure software systems are secure and comply with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of mobile development experience (iOS and/or Android) working with React Native, SQL, API development, camera and AR APIs, Data Modeling and Data Analytics.
  • Experience with CI/CD principles and automated testing as well as the related processes and technologies.
  • End-user centricity and a passion for creating solutions that solve problems for customers.
  • A track record of being a strong team player who collaborates well and thrives on working with a team.
  • Experience with DevOps, agile development, scrum ceremonies, and related ways of working.
