About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Walmart Global Tech. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient software solutions that meet the needs of our customers and associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software solutions using a variety of programming languages and technologies, including React Native, NodeJS, and Azure Cloud Platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, and provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, and apply that knowledge to improve our software solutions.
  • Work closely with the product management team to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software engineering or related field.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, testing, and deployment.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, including Azure Cloud Platform.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000.00-$180,000.00, as well as annual or quarterly performance bonuses. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance. Additionally, we offer paid time off, parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting leave.
