Job Description:

NET56 is seeking an experienced Office Administrator Professional to join our team. As an Office Administrator Professional, you will provide administrative support to our team members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your duties will include:
  • General Administration: Performing general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Office Supplies Management: Managing office supplies and coordinating replenishment as needed.
  • Scheduling and Calendars: Assisting in scheduling meetings, maintaining office calendars, and organizing documents.
  • Phone and Email Support: Answering phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.

Key Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in HR or office administration advantageous.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of HR systems.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Work Conditions:
This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, in a fast-paced office environment. You will have opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge in HR and administration.
