Insurance Premium Reconciliation Specialist

As a Premium Reconciliation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our premium payment processes. This is not a traditional billing or accounts receivable role, but rather a challenging and dynamic position that requires a high level of analytical and reconciliation skills.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Performing member level reconciliations
  • Completing payment audits for groups in MS Excel
  • Achieving acceptable quality and productivity benchmarks by multi-tasking in a high volume environment
  • Ability to perform complex reconciliation and administrative research in servicing systems
  • Ability to analyze financial premium data and communicate results

Requirements for this role include:

  • Intermediate MS Excel skills to include spreadsheet formatting, formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Experience in a role requiring heavy research and reconciliation
  • Life, Supplemental and Disability insurance premium experience
  • FLMI or Bachelor's degree
