Job Description

The Regional Account Performance Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients in the designated sales territory, spanning across Birmingham, AL, and its surrounding areas. This role entails developing and executing strategies to drive profitability, building strong relationships, selling technology solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction with Mainline.

Key Responsibilities
  1. I. Drive profitability growth in the designated sales territory.
  2. II. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including senior management and Technology Solution Partner personnel.
  3. III. Sell the full range of Mainline Technology Solution Partner server, software, and storage solutions in the designated territory.
  4. IV. Prospect, acquire, service, and retain high-quality clients.
  5. V. Engage Mainline Services personnel to achieve Sales and Services objectives when needed.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of successful outside/direct sales experience, preferably in a Mainline-focused Technology Solution Partner environment.
  • Sales and account management experience in the particular geography/territory is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
