We are seeking an experienced Clinical Mentor to join our team and drive the success of this program. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing strategies that promote excellence in patient care and advance the nursing profession.

Your expertise in nursing education and training will be instrumental in designing and delivering programs that meet the evolving needs of our participants. You will work closely with the Community of Practice Director to create a culture of continuous learning and improvement, where nurses can grow and develop their skills. Your passion for innovation and commitment to excellence will inspire others to strive for greatness.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $90,000 - $115,000 per year, based on your level of experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, a 401k plan, paid vacation and holidays, and sick leave.
