We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Development Lead to drive our clinical learning strategy and enhance the skills of our clinicians. This role will play a critical part in ensuring that our high-acuity clients receive exceptional care.

About the Role

As a Clinical Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive learning programs focused on clinical excellence. Your goal will be to improve clinician competencies and promote evidence-based treatment plans.

You will work closely with clinical leadership and key stakeholders to design and deliver ongoing clinical training programs, including continuing education, specialized clinical pathways, and certifications. Your expertise will help create targeted learning interventions that have a measurable impact on client outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and leading a clinical learning strategy aligned with our mission to reduce youth suicide.
  • Designing and delivering clinical training programs that meet Joint Commission standards and compliance requirements.
  • Partnering with clinical leadership to assess clinician needs and create effective learning solutions.
  • Overseeing clinical onboarding to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into our culture and treatment model.
  • Evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of clinical training programs.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a clinical or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in learning and development or clinical education.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of adult learning theories, best-in-class learning technologies, and modern instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience developing and leading clinical continuing education programs is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $145,000 - $193,000 per year, depending on experience and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match.
