- Supervise and train customer service staff, providing coaching and guidance to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service management, with a proven track record of success in improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop plans to address any issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience working in a government agency or non-profit organization.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools.
- Ability to speak multiple languages, including Spanish or other languages commonly spoken in the region.
