About the Role

The Office Support Specialist position is available under the supervision of the Operations Administrative Supervisor/Planner or Assistant Manager - Operations at Easy Recruiter.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Performing a range of clerical tasks such as filing, inventory management, copying, answering phone inquiries, typing, updating reports, and reception work as required.
  2. Entering, facilitating, and verifying orders into the NAVIS system based on customer requests and ensuring completeness before processing.
  3. Communicating verbal orders to yard operators.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Word and Excel experience desired.
  • Skills to interact professionally with GPA staff at all levels.

Salary: $55,000-$70,000 per year, estimated based on location and job requirements.
