About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Behavioral Specialist to provide direct implementation of behavior-analytic services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental differences in various settings. The successful candidate will have experience working with children, be familiar with positive behavior strategies, and possess a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior-analytic services in 1:1 and group settings
  • Develop and analyze treatment plans with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Fulfill documentation requirements, including data collection and session notes
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or similar conditions
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
