Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Child Development Specialist to join our team in Quincy, MA. As a key member of our staff, you will provide psychological assessments and interventions to support students with academic, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

About the Role

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' strengths and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to promote student success.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Provide crisis intervention services and support school-wide initiatives promoting emotional well-being.

Requirements

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Valid Massachusetts School Psychologist certification.
  • Experience working with students in a school environment.
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
