Child Development Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Child Development Specialist to join our team in Quincy, MA. As a key member of our staff, you will provide psychological assessments and interventions to support students with academic, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
About the Role
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' strengths and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to promote student success.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create a supportive learning environment.
- Provide crisis intervention services and support school-wide initiatives promoting emotional well-being.
Requirements
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Valid Massachusetts School Psychologist certification.
- Experience working with students in a school environment.
- Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
