**Estimated Salary:** $50,000 annually

As a Recovery Specialist with our team, you will be responsible for facilitating psycho-educational groups and providing individual treatment planning to a caseload maintained by the counselor. You will also provide counseling services to offenders in the assigned treatment program and work closely with Massachusetts Department of Correction (MA DOC) staff to coordinate all program services and provide information for case management/records management as needed.

Job Description
  • Facilitate psycho-educational groups and provide individual treatment planning to a caseload maintained by the counselor.
  • Provide counseling services to offenders in the assigned treatment program.
  • Work closely with Massachusetts Department of Correction (MA DOC) staff to coordinate all program services and provide information for case management/records management as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Recovery Specialist with our team, you should possess:

  • A State certification as a CADC or LADC preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Two years of experience in the chemical dependency field preferred.
  • CORRECTIONS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
