Job Summary

White Cap is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales strategies and improve results
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1-2 years of sales or related experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
