We are seeking a Director to join our National Assurance Technical Group (NATG) focused on serving private industries, including manufacturing, agribusiness, construction, retail, logistics, technology, professional services, real estate, and private equity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality control and consistent methodologies across Assurance engagements.
  • Act as a technical resource for engagement teams, providing expertise on complex audit and accounting subject matter.
  • Build and foster lasting relationships within industry groups and engagement teams.
  • Engage in opportunities to develop new skills and experiences related to audit quality and assurance transformation initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA certification required.
  • 6+ years of experience in a public accounting environment or equivalent, including recent experience managing and delivering assurance engagements.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid analytical and decision-making skills, including the ability to collaborate with others.
  • Ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on organization and detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to engagement teams and clients.
