Job Title: Production Associate - Water Treatment

Position Overview:

As a Production Associate at our water treatment facility, you will be integral to the daily operations and maintenance of our production plant. Your role will encompass loading materials onto trucks, ensuring inventory accuracy, supervising bottling processes, and adhering to safety and quality standards. For those involved in our portable exchange plant, responsibilities will also include preparing equipment installations and maintaining warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery and equipment (carts, forklifts, hand tools) to load water, chemicals, and equipment onto trucks and store fronts.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare bottling areas for production runs.
  • Ensure proper functioning of equipment and conduct regular quality assurance tests.
  • Clean and repair coolers to meet daily route and sales demands.
  • Manage necessary paperwork and testing to comply with industry standards.
  • Follow safety protocols and utilize required protective gear.
  • Additional duties may include preparing equipment for installations and maintaining warehouse facilities (for portable exchange plant).
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with the local area.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, communication).
  • Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
Physical Requirements:
  • Lift and transport objects weighing over 100 pounds repeatedly.
  • Extensive walking, standing, sitting, climbing, bending, and reaching.
  • Various body and hand movements required.
  • Vision per job requirements.
Work Environment:
  • Work may involve exposure to outside weather conditions and non-toxic chemicals.
