Position Summary:

As a Production Assembly Technician, you will play a vital role in the assembly of mattresses, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and comfort.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize various pneumatic tools to assemble mattresses according to established work instructions.
  • Conduct assembly of Hot Melt Bond (HMB) units and apply specified upholstery layers to different mattress types.
  • Inspect mattress components and finished products for quality assurance, identifying any unacceptable flaws or defects.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must:

  • Be able to stand and walk for extended periods, with the ability to lift heavy materials up to 120 pounds.
  • Comprehend and follow detailed work instructions and production tickets.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

The position is located in a clean and safe manufacturing facility, with exposure to high noise levels and various materials. Personal Protective Equipment is provided to ensure safety while performing tasks.
