Location:
  • Our manufacturing facility is situated in Coxsackie, NY
  • Reliable transportation is essential as public transit is not available in the vicinity
Compensation:
  • $21 per hour
Working Hours:
  • 38-60 hours per week, based on production demands
  • Shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours
  • Day shift opportunities only (no evening or overnight shifts available)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble mattresses according to established guidelines using various pneumatic tools, including c-ring hog-ring guns, staple guns, and hot glue guns. This includes the assembly of Hot Melt Bond (HMB) units and the application of specified upholstery layers.
  • Conduct inspections of mattress components and finished products to identify any unacceptable flaws or structural issues.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours, with the capacity to lift heavy materials up to 120 pounds multiple times per hour during shifts.
  • Capability to comprehend and adhere to work instructions and production documentation, along with effective communication with team members and supervisors.
  • Experience in a safety-focused, fast-paced manufacturing environment, with an understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles. Personal Protective Equipment will be provided by the company.
