Role Summary:
As a Water Treatment Production Technician, you will be integral to the daily operations and upkeep of our production facility. Your duties will encompass loading materials onto transport vehicles, ensuring precise inventory management, supervising bottling operations, and adhering to established safety and quality protocols. Additionally, for those engaged in our portable exchange operations, you will be tasked with preparing equipment for installations and maintaining warehouse facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and tools (including carts, forklifts, and hand tools) to load water, chemicals, and equipment onto transport vehicles and store locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare bottling areas for production cycles.
- Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and conduct routine quality assurance tests.
- Clean and repair coolers to meet daily operational and sales requirements.
- Manage necessary documentation and testing to comply with industry standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and utilize required protective equipment.
- Additional responsibilities may include preparing equipment for installations and maintaining warehouse conditions (for portable exchange operations).
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with the local area.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and communication).
- Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift and transport objects weighing over 100 pounds repeatedly.
- Extensive walking, standing, sitting, climbing, bending, and reaching.
- Various body and hand movements required.
- Vision requirements as per job specifications.
Work Environment:
- Work may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions and non-toxic chemicals.
