Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution, and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of site superintendents, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between Luxus, contractors, sub-contractors, and clients, ensuring effective communication and resolving any conflicts that may arise.
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all projects meet the required quality standards, and that all necessary quality control measures are in place.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project delivery, and develop contingency plans to address any issues that may arise.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure that client needs are met, and that clients are satisfied with the delivery of projects.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
  • Experience: At least 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer in commercial, institutional, educational, and/or healthcare facilities.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
