Job Title: Project Manager

At Edgewater Automation LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing custom automation projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project scope, budget, and schedule, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including designers, builders, and engineers, to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with the sales and applications team to develop project proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the custom automation industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including MS Project, Asana, or similar software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
