Job Summary

As a Home Improvement Contractor, you will be responsible for providing general contracting work for residential and light commercial clients in the Pearland area. This includes providing quotes, completing projects with attention to detail, and communicating efficiently with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general contracting services for residential and light commercial clients
  • Develop and present quotes to clients
  • Complete projects with a focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Requirements
  • Proficiency in at least three (3) of the following areas:
  1. Carpentry
  2. Bathroom and restroom improvements
  3. Kitchen remodeling
  4. Painting, both inside and out
  5. Drywall work, repairs, caulk
  6. Small plumbing and electrical
  7. Floor installation and refurbishing
Excellent customer service skillsKnowledge of building codesCurrent driver's license and insuranceTools, work vehicle, and referencesContractor's liability insurance and workers' compensationAccess to a smartphone and internetPreferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a Home Improvement Contractor or similar position
