Job Overview

America's Preferred Home Warranty is seeking a highly motivated Area Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales of our home warranty services within your defined territory.

As a Sales Professional, you will engage with customers, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the growth of our company. You will be responsible for conducting daily travel within the defined territory to meet clients face-to-face, generating and closing sales leads for home warranty services, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with real estate professionals and other business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily travel within the defined territory to meet clients face-to-face
  • Generate and close sales leads for home warranty services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals and other business partners
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients
  • Track and maintain daily tasks, appointments, and activities using CRM software
  • Educate potential customers on the benefits and features of our warranty products
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead-generation strategies
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary: $50,000-$55,000
