Electrical Infrastructure Manager

This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Responsibilities include:
- Key Tasks:
- Direct and manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on technical aspects such as quality control, project execution, and quality assurance.
- Work closely with local and national Power Delivery leadership to develop internal training programs, mentorship plans, and technical development initiatives.
- Develop strong partnerships with project managers to ensure effective scope, schedule, budget, and client management.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.
- Conduct quality checks and reviews for all project deliverables according to HDR's Quality Management Systems (QMS) requirements.
