Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cable Infrastructure Manager to lead our telecommunications team. As a seasoned professional with a strong background in OSP and ISP cabling installation, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and implementing complex cable infrastructure projects.

Your expertise in TIA-758-B, GR-765, GR-20, GR-409, GR-1095, TIA-607-D, TIA-568.0-D, TIA-568.1-D, TIA-568.2-D, TIA-568.3-E, TIA-569-E, TIA-606-D, and TIA-942-B standards will ensure the highest quality of work. Your ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds is also essential for this role.

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our offices are located at a convenient location, allowing easy access to public transportation.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage complex cable infrastructure projects
  • Lead a team of telecommunications professionals
  • Implement OSP and ISP cabling installation according to industry standards
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • BICSI Technician (TECH) Certification within 90 calendar days of onboarding
  • ARC Flash and Confined Spaces training and qualification within 90 calendar days of onboarding
  • OSHA 10 and EM 385 Safety certification
  • Minimum three years of experience with shipyard internal building and between building copper and fiber optics cable infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and government policies and procedures
