Key Responsibilities- Business Growth: Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement.
- Studio Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing team of studio staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, including inventory management, facilities maintenance, and ensuring a safe and clean environment for members and guests.
- Customer Service: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that all members and guests receive a five-star experience.
- Marketing and Events: Assist in the execution and coordination of marketing and sales drivers, including pre-sale events, studio events, and local grassroots marketing initiatives.
- Leadership Experience: 2-5 years of leadership experience, including directly overseeing staff management within hiring, training, supporting, discipline, and termination.
- Industry Experience: Previous management experience in the health, wellness, fitness, or retail industry is strongly preferred.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems.
