Job Summary

As a Fitness Sales Associate at Riser Fitness, LLC, you will play a key role in promoting our boutique fitness studio and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the full sales process, from lead generation to closing sales
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, as established by the General Manager
  • Conduct studio tours to build rapport and facilitate sales
  • Be knowledgeable about our products, programs, and pricing, and emphasize the objectives of our studio as a fitness and wellness provider
  • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas
  • Participate in grassroots and community events to promote our studio
  • Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment

Requirements:

  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets
  • Strong customer service skills

  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
