Job Description

The Medical Oversight Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in medical oversight. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical affairs and experience in managing medical teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement medical oversight policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage a team of medical professionals to ensure effective implementation of medical oversight policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address medical oversight issues
  • Provide training and coaching to medical staff on regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. medicine, pharmacy, public health)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical affairs
  • Proven track record of leading medical teams to achieve regulatory compliance
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience
