About the Job

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to ensure CINQCARE's overall regulatory direction and strategic alignment with its mission, vision, and values.
  • Lead compliance analysis, guidance, and internal control development across all CINQCARE companies.
  • Promote a culture of compliance by engaging in risk management initiatives, patient safety protocols, and continuous quality improvement.

About You

  • You have 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Regulatory Affairs/Accreditation or Health Administration, including 5 years of Management experience.
  • Experience with developing and implementing CMS-2567 Corrective Action Plans, Joint Commission Evidence of Standard Compliance, and new programs is required.
