About the Position

We are seeking a highly qualified Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our team at Tower Mobility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of our wheelchair-accessible rides on ride-share platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze safety metrics to identify trends, implement corrective actions, and measure the effectiveness of safety programs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in safety and compliance management, particularly in the transportation industry, and stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and proactively address emerging safety issues.

Requirements
  • Experience in safety and compliance management, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations governing transportation safety and compliance (e.g., DOT, FMCSA, OSHA).
  • Strong analytical skills to assess safety risks, conduct investigations, and implement effective solutions.
