Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Dietary Manager to oversee the dietary service department at The Park in Plano. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance in food preparation and service.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Ensure dietary compliance and excellence in food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement effective food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of dietary service employees.
  • Plan and coordinate special function menus and events.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of resident diet cards and assessments.
Requirements:
  • Current certification by state as required.
  • Ability to ensure quality food products are prepared according to the menu and standardized recipes.
  • Ability to procure and store all food and supplies.
  • Ability to plan staff and special function menus as directed by the Administrator.
  • Ability to supervise the operation of the Dietary Service Department staff on a daily basis.
