About the Role:

Eateam is seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, customers, and development teams, to gather and define business requirements.
  • Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it is visible, transparent, and clear to all stakeholders.
  • Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring that they are well-understood by the development team.
  • Participate in sprint planning meetings, ensuring that the development team understands the requirements and has a clear plan for the upcoming sprint.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure that the product is being developed according to the defined requirements and meets the acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring that the final product meets the needs of the business and customers.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and process flows.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role.
  • Proven experience in managing product backlogs and writing user stories.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile frameworks.
  • Proficiency in using product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
  • Basic understanding of SQL and data analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is a plus.
