Job Title: Field Training Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Training Manager to join our team at Securitas Inc. in Plano, TX. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing and executing training programs, supervising training officers, and improving safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for onboarding and training of security personnel.
  • Train and certify new security staff, maintaining all necessary documentation.
  • Provide hands-on training to security teams in the field.
  • Oversee and track training completions, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Manage a team of training professionals, driving strategic goals and project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective training systems.
  • Prioritize safety awareness and enforce standard operating procedures across sites.
  • Assist in audits and ensure accurate documentation of training and safety protocols.
  • Provide feedback to leadership regarding training progress, compliance, and morale.
  • Identify and address potential safety and security shortfalls.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in the security industry or business management, including 2 years in a training capacity.
  • Experience with datacenters is preferred.
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) is preferred.
  • Must be CPR/AED/First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification.
Benefits:
  • Depending on experience, Securitas will offer a starting salary of $47 to $51 hourly, in addition to a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • 10 accrued vacation days, 4 floating holidays, and 6 sick days.
