Maintain cleanliness in work and public areas before, during, and after service hours, adhering to Health and Safety and COSHH guidelines.

Accurately process and record all orders for billing purposes.

Ensure all transactions are processed through the tills and payments are collected following prescribed procedures.

Close down tills in accordance with company protocols.

Keep accurate temperature records and maintain necessary documentation.

Comply with all licensing policies and procedures.

Handle cash, stock, and equipment securely.

Act as a resource for customers seeking information.

Document waste in accordance with venue procedures and manage waste disposal in line with recycling initiatives.

Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Perform other reasonable duties as required by business needs.
