Business Office Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Office Manager to join our team at Trilogy Management Services, LLC. As a Business Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the business office operations of our health campus, including supervising staff, managing accounts receivable and payable, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate business office operations, including staff supervision and administrative functions.
- Oversee billing and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Manage accounts payable and payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain filing systems for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and resident information.
- Ensure daily and weekly Key Statistics Reporting is completed timely and accurately.
- Provide back-up assistance for AP/Payroll functions as needed.
- Manage the set-up and maintenance of resident files and resident trust accounts.
- Reconcile cash receipts journal to the monthly deposit log and send a copy to the Home Office at each month end.
- Monitor and collect accounts receivable, and prepare monthly reports for quarterly AR reviews.
- Supervise the scheduling of office personnel, work assignments, and ensure consistent adherence to established procedures for cost control.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college graduate or some college classes preferred.
- Two (2) years' experience in a supervisory, accounts receivable, payroll or accounts payable environment.
- Medicaid/Medicare, healthcare, senior living industry, pharmacy or long-term care environment preferred.
- Exemplary computer skills, including knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
