Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Loma Systems in Montreal, QC. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with key accounts in the region.
Responsibilities- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email, trade-shows, and trade associations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and prospects to ensure accurate understanding of their needs and preferences.
- Manage account development activities and convert opportunities to closure.
- Maintain customer accounts in Loma's CRM system to accurately reflect customer status, activity, and forecasting.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, market development, or similar discipline.
- Strong communication, analytical, and computer skills.
- Successful customer-facing experience in sales and marketing situations.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively before groups.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
