We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Circle K Stores, Inc.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
